SMS Verification

SMS verification is required in order to ensure that Jet complies with regulatory restrictions. Neither Jet nor the SMS verification provisioner stores any data about the phone numbers of users, and they are used only temporarily, solely for regional verification.

To begin SMS verification, please ensure that your VPN is off and that you are not attempting to access JetGovern from an unsupported region. These regions are: Afghanistan, Crimea (Ukraine/Russia), Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, USA, and Venezuela.

Help, I’m getting an error message!

If you’re getting an error message, please match your message to the troubleshooting steps below.

Please make sure that your VPN is turned off while attempting to complete SMS verification.

If your VPN is already off, you may be located in an unsupported region. For more information pleasee see Terms of Service.

If you are receiving "Access Denied" in error, you may be trying to access JetGovern with a phone number that is originating from an unsupported region. Please ensure that your VPN is turned off and that the phone number that you are using for verification purposes is from a region that is supported.

You may be receiving this error if your phone number is being recognised as a landline, or if your phone number is being incorrectly formatted in some way.

JetGovern is only able to complete phone authentication via numbers that can receive SMSes, such as mobile numbers.

Please also ensure that your phone number is formatted for international usage.

You may be receiving this error if your IP address has been marked as anonymized or as a threat. This is most often the case if you are using a VPN.

Please ensure your VPN is off for the purposes of verification only - after verification has been completed, you can continue using the JetGovern with your VPN turned on.

Please ensure that you are typing in your access code correctly and as it is being sent to your number. Your access code is only valid for 30 seconds, after which time you will have to request a new code.
